To assist all our agents, our Team Leaders who wish to hire Teammates, and our prospective agents, we provide free access to the Real Estate Simulator. This is a wonderful on-line tool that evaluates and charts an agent's personality and business skills relative to the personality and business skills of very successful real estate agents in North America. The Real Estate Simulator also provides constructive agent feedback on how to improve the agent's skills for maximum sales and productivity results. Any of our agents, their prospective Teammates and our prospective agent may use this on-line tool for free.
